Notes for Prospective Students

Parents/Legal Guardians must be a member in good standings with From the Heart Church Ministry and have been interviewed and gone through the formal intake review process. Student records (Cumulative and Limited Access Folders), current official transcript and report card, and any formal academic and medical assessments must be provided prior to enrollment. Once accepted, students are also required to take a diagnostic placement exam to determine strengths and weaknesses in the content areas assessed.
