    Max Rogers exercises with other sixth-graders at Woodmont Academy. Students use canned goods they brought to school for a food drive in strength-training exercises in gym class. The activity is part of the Get Fit to Feed program, which is an effort by the school's physical-education teachers to combine fitness and giving.

O'Brien of Baltimore told its director general in Rome that he cannot in good conscience recommend that anyone join the Legionaries or Regnum Christi, its affiliated lay movement.
