Timothy McElhinney was named to the dean's list at UMass Lowell for the 2009 spring semester. McElhinney will enter his junior year in the fall. He is majoring in criminal justice and psychology. When the Transcript last heard from Boxford’s Elizabeth McCourt, the then-16-year-old was preparing for the 2009 Special Olympics World Championships last May.
