Long lines and rain greeted those trying to get H1N1 vaccines for themselves and their families at the first of Oakland County's mass vaccine clinics, one at Oakland Community College in Farmington Hills and the other at Clarkston Junior High School.

DEARBORN HEIGHTS -- Students from Dearborn Heights Montessori Center, Livonia Montessori Center and Plymouth-Canton Montessori School will participate in the United Nations’ International Day of Peace on Sept. 21, by joining other Montessori students from around the world to sing “Light a Candle for Peace.”
