The art of cooking was an expression of love for Glenn Williams, former executive chef at the Detroit Club and owner of a former Detroit catering company. Mr. Williams of Detroit was attending a family wedding May 11 when he was rushed to St. Michael's Hospital in Sauk Centre, Minn., where he died of a heart attack. He was 53.
