    Holland Christian School Superintendent Glenn Vos planned to be counting heads today. “We know how many people registered, but things change up to the last minute,” Vos said, who today would be looking for a enrollment total as Holland Christian High School students show up.  Students in the private school system’s grades K-9 started Monday.

    The city of Zeeland has a new clerk. Longtime city employee Karen Jipping took over the role of clerk on Saturday after the retirement of Clerk Nancy Tuls. Tuls had served as clerk since 1980 and had been employed by the city since 1964.
