    Alexandria's Vikingland Band Festival parade marching championship will turn 25 in grand style, with its biggest lineup in eight years. The Albany Area High School marching band is among the 22 bands scheduled to perform in the 25th annual parade beginning at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 28.
