Zafar Salon, Spa and Boutique, a black-owned business, held its grand opening Friday in the Kansas City Power & Light District. Zafar offers services for men and women, including 10 hair-care stations, manicures, pedicures, skin care and massage services. It also features a women’s boutique with casual and professional clothing and swim wear.
