New York State Police in Elma are currently investigating a fatal motor vehicle collision that occurred at approximately 10 a.m. on Wed., April 1 on Bowen Road in the Town of Elma. New York State Troopers assigned to the Elma substation developed information regarding alleged marijuana sales from a town location.
