KINGSTON — The new archbishop of New York, Timothy Dolan, will visit St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church on Monday, accompanied by the Rev. Jeffrey Maurer, a Kingston native who last month took on the role of secretary to Dolan and Dolan’s predecessor, Cardinal Edward Egan.
