Noon on a Friday at A.C. Gilbert's Discovery Village's new preschool looks and sounds like any regular preschool toward the end of a school day: Kids scramble around fluidly, playing with toy horses and building a roadway from wooden blocks. They giggle and chatter and ask visitors without reservation what they're doing.
