Shirley Ross Rukas, 79, a lifelong resident of Beaver Falls, died Sunday, June 14, 2009, in the Providence Care Center. Born April 16, 1930, in Beaver Falls, a daughter of the late James and Mary Syka Ross. ENROLLMENT DROPS Enrollment at St. Titus Elementary School in Aliquippa has been dropping for the last few years, according to enrollment figures from the Beaver Valley Intermediate Unit. Enrollment for the current year is not available.
