Roanoke Catholic School administrators said classes for eighth through 12th grades will be canceled through Friday given a widespread flulike illness. Bassett’s baseball team earned a resounding win over William Fleming on Tuesday afternoon, embarrassing the Colonels on their own turf, 15-0. The game was a combined no hitter. Ryan Boyd started, pitching 2 innings and striking out five.
