No, this was not your typical spring break. In March, I accompanied Team Tobati on a 10-day service trip to Paraguay as one of 20 chaperones to more than 100 Connecticut high schoolers. Joe Alissi grew up in Springfield at a time before wrestling was offered as a varsity sport in the Springfield schools.
