BARKHAMSTED The month of October will be an interesting time to be in Boohamsted (Barkhamsted) with many events to spark the interest in the community. Residents, area merchants and organizations are invited to create a display with a witch, ghost, scarecrow, other Halloween creature or a harvest display to celebrate Halloween during October.
