The city estimates it will earn $300,000 from new parking fees in 2009-10. The proposed budget for the fiscal year, which begins Oct. 1, includes expenses of $120,000 to install new parking meters. Former Arlington Country Day School basketball player Gabriel Charley was found dead Sunday at his mother's home in Jacksonville. The cause of death was not known and a police report was not available. Charley was 20.
