    Isabella O'Connor's dreams of being the "Today" show's Kid Reporter are over. It was announced this morning that 10-year-old Samantha Isler from Tulsa, Okla., was the winner of the first round of the competition. Isabella, a fifth-grader at Seacrest Country Day School in East Naples, had been chosen from thousands of entries as one of 16 finalists for the competition.
