    It had the makings of a perfect sleepover.   Fourteen girls. A pile of sleeping bags. A big-screen TV. And 500 boxes of Girl Scout cookies.   But Girl Scout Troop 4190 had some work to do before the party started.   They packaged and addressed the cookies to five military units serving in the Middle East and filled out customs forms for each of the packages.
