St. Matthew Center for Health in Park Ridge will host the eighth annual "Room at the Inn" nativity display from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Dec. 5 and Dec. 6. The center is at 1601 N. Ever since Christian Heritage Academy in Northfield opened 25 years ago, there has been a desire to add a high school. Beginning this fall, that wish will be a reality. The Upper school will open its doors Aug. 26 to freshmen students. According to Upper School Principal David Roth, an orientation and community building retreat for the incoming freshmen will be held Aug. 21-23 in Lake Geneva. - Food Pantry feeding more families (Northbrook Star)
