Notes for Prospective Students

To apply, please phone our office to schedule an appointment with our director. Both the child and the parent/s should attend the meeting when possible. Then, fill out the application forms and return them to the school, preferrably throughe mail prior to scheduled appointment. Some of the records you will need are a transcript from the previous school, and a State of Florida health record of immunizations. Additionally you should provide any psych-educational evaluation or the student. If your child has been enrolled in a wilderness or other therapeutic program, we will need their final evaluation.
