I attended Parkridge because my public school had so many problems with violence and drugs. At first I didn't know if I would like Independent Study or if I would learn much without being in a classroom. I was very suprised. I actually did better without all the distraction and I had my own private teacher who helped me more than you could ever imagine. Their methods are wonderful and my grades came up. I was able to find time for some outside activities that I had wanted to do for a long time, namely tennis and golf as they were part of my P.E. assignments. I graduated with Honors, part time work experience and college credit while I attended high school. I now have a Bachelors degree and tutored other college students who did not have the skills I received at Parkridge. I would highly recommend this school to any looking for a better environment, outstanding program and excellent teachers.
