About our Staff-.

All of the caring Teachers who work with children at Peppermint Stick must have the following:
  • A positive and friendly attitude
  • A Bachelors, Associates Degree or CDA
  • A background check that includes fingerprinting.
  • Physical Examination and immunizations
  • 3 written professional references
  • Continuing education on a yearly basis of at least 20 clock hours
