Notes for Prospective Students

To facilitate the application process, families wishing to apply for a child in kindergarten through eighth grade must present the following documents: -Birth certificate and Baptismal certificate (if Catholic) -Any progress reports available from an early childhood school for Kindergarten is acceptable.For first grade entrants, a kindergarten progress report will suffice.From grades 2 and up, copies of previous report cards and standardized test scores from the previous school year should be presented. -All students must present a record of immunization. -A registration form must be filled out and presented along with a registration fee. -All prospective students and parents will be interviewed by the principal.
