Notes for Prospective Students:

  • The Application for Admission should be completed by the student
  • Note: Students will need their Social Security numbers to register for standardized tests (ACT/PSAT/SAT) and to enroll in classes at Pima Community College
  • The Family Information Form should be completed by the parent/guardian
  • The Application for Admission and the Family Information Form should be returned to the Fenster School Admissions Office in one of the self-addressed envelopes included with the admissions packet. Please be sure to include the appropriate application fee and to sign and date all forms where required
  • Financial aid information will be mailed to those families who request it by checking \\\\\\\\\\\\\\"Yes\\\\\\\\\\\\\\" on the Family Information Form
  • After both the student and the parent/guardian have completed the required information on the three recommendation forms, please distribute these forms to the following: the student\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s guidance counselor, head of school, or principal; the student\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s current English teacher; the student\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s current Mathematics teacher
  • Please be sure to include one of the self-addressed envelopes with each recommendation
  • An official transcript and standardized test scores should be included with the recommendation form from the student\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s guidance counselor, head of school, or principal
  • Schedule an on-campus tour and interview
