Notes for Prospective Students:
  • Please note that applications for young men between the ages of 16 to 21, are to include the following:
  • PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATION Administered within the last six months: Verbal, performance, and full scale IQ test scores as well as the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI) or similar test
  • CERTIFIED COPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE
  • OFFICIAL HIGH SCHOOL TRANSCRIPT Mailed by the last school attended
  • COURT RECORDS Court order as well as documentation of all charges and their disposition
  • RECENT PHOTOGRAPH and STATE ID School picture or snapshot
  • SOCIAL SECURITY CARD Must be an original
  • COPY OF DRIVER'S LICENSE OR STATE ISSUED ID
  • If the admissions committee concludes that the applicant meets the criteria, an interview will be scheduled. If it is determined that the needs of the young man are within the area of expertise of the Paul Anderson Youth Home, an admission date will be scheduled.
  • THE THREE PRIMARY PREREQUISITES FOR ADMISSIONS ARE: 1) A COURT ORDER requiring successful completion of the Paul Anderson Youth Home program, 2) the young man's willingness to submit to the leadership of the Paul Anderson Youth Home, and 3) an agreement by the young man and his parents or guardians to receive Christian instruction and counseling provided by the Paul Anderson Youth Home.
