Ames Christian School strives to equip students to think, learn, discern, and act according to Biblical principles in order to embrace and fulfill God's unique purpose for their lives.
Our curriculum includes materials from a variety of publishers include ABeka, ACSI, CSI, Pearson, Houghton Mifflin, Nystrom, and Zaner-Bloser. Regardless of the text used, our Christian teachers teach each subject from a Biblical perspective.

Our elementary programincludes a full academic program including Art,Music, Physical Education,andComputer instruction. Gifted teachers mentor and provide personalized christian education throughsmaller class sizes. We provide a safe, disciplined,caring learning environment that promotes academic excellence and builds Christian character. Theneeds of the whole childare addressed. We participate in mission and outreach projects at every grade level.Our Iowa Assessments class score averages have consistently been above the Iowa and National classscores averages.
