School Reviews

I love the small community and class sizes at St.Leonard Parish School. My daughters have been there for 8 & 9 years now and it has been such a positive experience. They have received an excellent education and have been challenged to be the best students that they can be. The teaching staff is wonderful and dedicated to meeting each individual student''s needs. It is a wonderful place that I consider a "hidden gem" in Louisville!

St. Leonard is an excellent school. Teacher to child ratio is low. The principal, teachers, and other staff clearly have positive, supportive relationships. Teachers are caring and skilled. Children establish long-term, caring relationships with more than just their current teacher. Communication with and participation by parents is encouraged and supported. Parents know other parents well. Academic expectations are high AND arts, sports opportunities are abundant. Use of technology is on par with larger, Catholic/private schools. My children are happy to wake up and go to school.

We are very pleased with the teachers and staff at St. Leonard''s. My daughter receives personal attention due to the size of the classroom. She feels comfortable and enjoys going to school. We know most of the parents and teachers because we all focus on our students experience and education. I would recommend St. Leonard''s to anyone!
