JAZZ: SAINTS PLAYERS spent their day off Wednesday visiting students at Gregory Elementary School and St. Mary's Academy and patients at Ochsner Hospital. Mike Bell, Thomas Morstead and Jermon Bushrod spread cheer at Ochsner's pediatric and chemotherapy wards.

Mandeville’s Lady Skippers earned a second place finish in the Loyola Wolfpack Invitational held Friday and Saturday in New Orleans going 5-1. At press time, MHS was 18-7 overall and 7-2 in district play heading into yesterday’s home district match with the first place Fontainebleau Lady Bulldogs.
