Archbishop Spalding High School welcomes students from more than 50 middle schools offering Catholic, private and public education. The majority of students attending live within a 35 mile radius of the Baltimore, Washington, D.C. and Annapolis corridors. Over 98% of Spalding graduates pursue higher education attending all four service academies, Notre Dame, Princeton, Yale, Georgetown, Johns Hopkins, Wake Forest, Smith, Stanford, Villanova and many other prestigious colleges and universities. More than 70% of our graduates were offered scholarships to college in the past year.

The Hollyberry Garden Club's native garden at the Severna Park Library was formally dedicated on Saturday with local dignitaries, community and club members gathered as part of the Heritage Day celebration hosted by the Association of Severna Park Improvement Renewal and Enhancement and the Anne Arundel County Public Library.

Twenty thousand dollars is nothing to sneeze at. Neither is $10,000. Heck, these days, $2,000 or $3,000 shouldn't be sneezed at, sniffled at or coughed at, either. Those figures are routinely reached by the Washington area schools that most passionately embrace those grocery store loyalty card...
