St Bartholomews School

6900 River Road, Bethesda, MD, 20817-0208
St. Bartholomew Catholic School is a warm and welcoming place where teachers really get to know the students and their families. Our philosophy is that parents are the primary educators of their children. We believe that each child has many gifts to share. We are here to help children realize their gifts and develop them in a productive way. We are here to work together with parent to inspire each child to reach his/her fullest potential. We believe that a strong partnership between school and family is essential for the success of every child. We provide a safe and loving environment where your child will learn academics but more important where they will learn to become good Christians and good citizens. They will learn to help their neighbors, be kind, patient and responsible. They will learn to imitate Christ in all they do. As educators, we will foster this growth every step of the way, by modeling Christian values and using "teachable moments" to discuss "what Jesus would do" when faced with difficult decisions. We offer Religion as a major subject but Religion is also carefully woven into every academic subject.

Are You Liable? Are You Liable?
Is your DEL key about to get gaveled? It doesn't matter whether you teach in a public or private school setting. You expose yourself to legal risks every single day on the job.
