The Banner School, Frederick county's oldest, independent, non-sectarian, coed K-8 school has expanded to include preschool (ages 3 and 4/5)beginning in 2008-2009 school year. The Mission Statement: The Banner School, through its Learning Triangle and its diverse community of learners, provides a nurturing yet challenging environment that motivates students to become responsible citizens who lead by example.
