School Reviews:

  • Recommended April 28,2013 - My son attended Public School in East Bridgewater for two years and hated it. He complained every day that he was bored. My husband and I had several meetings with his teacher and the principal. They basically said there was no time or money to challenge our son. We enrolled him into Southbrook Academy and could not be more pleased. The teachers commit to each child and challenge them all the way. The entire faculty knows each child by name! My son is thriving and loves school. Enrolling our son in Southbrook was the best decision we could have made. Did I mention they teach Spanish? We LOVE Southbrook Academy!*-Posted by Parent *
  • Recommended April 25,2013 - Wonderful teachers who try to get to know each child and tailors instruction to that child. The school took on my foster twins who did not speak one word of English into their second grade class. Within 1.5 years, they are fluent and participate at above average level. i have another son in the same grade who reads at high school level. the teacher had him formulate a game about "the Odyssey" by Homer. Amazing teachers and wonderful community!*-Posted by Parent *
  • Recommended October 06,2012 - We love Southbrook Academy! Our son attended Public school for two years and hated it. Every day after school he complained that school was not challenging, fun or exciting. After a few meetings with the Principle and his teacher we realized they had no interest in challenging our son. The only solution they had was for our son to help the students that were having trouble. Where does that leave our son? He should be learning new material as well. We enrolled him into Southbrook and have been thrilled with the results! Our son is learning new things and thriving. The teachers are dedicated and make learning fun. The entire faculty knows each child by name! Did I mention they learn Spanish? They also have many fun after school activities the kids can participate in. We give 5 stars!*-Posted by Parent *
