St. John The Evangelist School
School Notes Overview:
St. John the Evangelist School is dedicated to the pursuit of academic excellence of children, pre-school through eighth grade, in a spiritual environment, which teaches the Catholic faith while promoting Christian values. We are a Catholic elementary parish school. We are a part of St. John the Evangelist Parish. We begin and end each school day with prayer. Our morning prayers are said all together as a school community and this is also the time we acknowledge student/faculty birthdays and make announcements. We attend First Friday Mass, Masses on Holy Days and we celebrate All Saints Day and St. Joseph’s Day. We also have our students participate in a Thanksgiving Prayer Service, a presentation of the Stations of the Cross and celebrate Catholic Schools during a special week in January....
