All full-time academy teachers have either obtained Massachusetts certification or are nearing completion of their certification. For Good Shepherd, this means that our teachers have met the high standards required for this honor. Our teachers have chosen to teach for significantly less pay than they could be earning by teaching in public schools, because they believe that teaching is a high calling and a worthwhile investment. They balance a commitment to academy excellence with the priority of spiritual and social development.
