Joyce Reid of Deckerville was among four members of the Port Huron Music Teachers Association to attend the 124th MMTA Music Teachers Convention on Oct. 11-13 at the Double Tree Hotel in Bay City. Jordan Booms and Ethan Booms were among 326 young musicians to participate in the National Jr. Music Festival conducted Feb. 28 at the First Methodist Church in Port Huron. This event was sponsored by The Port Huron Musicale.
