Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Elementary School strives to assist parents in providing quality education, based on Gospel values, for children K-8. We believe that every child has spiritual, academic, cultural and social needs. Our Lady of Mt. Carmel provides an environment conducive to integrating Catholic principles into all areas of learning with emphasis on family values, challenges and opportunities for the 21st century. The mission at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Elementary School is to instill the Gospel message into the daily lives of students through worship and service to others. We foster the development of self confidence, leadership, initiative and creativity so that each student can recognize their own potential. A challenging educational curriculum is provided. It enables students to make ethical choices throughout their lives and motivates them to work for peace and justice in the global society. A sense of competition and fairness is also developed through the availability of physical education programs and extra curricular activities.
