The County of Rockland Environmental Management Council sponsored the Annual Eleanor Burlingham Earth Day Essay Contest. Fifth-graders from 10 schools in Rockland County submitted essays on "What Can I Do to Conserve, Collect or Protect Water in my Neighborhood."
