    Boy Scouts celebrate ROCHESTER — The Clinton Valley Council, Boy Scouts of America, will have their annual Distinguished Citizen Dinner at 6 p.m. Thursday, May 28, at the Royal Park Hotel, 600 E. University Drive. The event will celebrate the achievements of former Detroit Tigers pitcher Mickey Lolich and the 1968 Tigers World Series title, as well as to recognize their community involvement.
