School Notes Overview: |
Since the creation St. Paul’s Lutheran Church and School in 1899, members have seen it as their privilege to support elementary Christian education within their congregation. At St. Paul’s, students are taught the “one thing needed”, the good news of salvation in Jesus Christ and life eternal through faith in him. This is why St. Paul’s School exists: so that children may learn of their Savior Jesus and grow in their relationship with him. Only by the grace and power of God is this possible. Therefore God’s Word is taught on a daily basis through use of the Bible, Luther’s Catechism and Bible history books. Through these means, faith is nourished, and students are shown the love of their Savior and motivated to serve him out of joy and thankfulness. Religion is not just another subject in the curriculum. Students receive the benefit of having all subjects taught from a Christian point of view. In the light of God’s Word, the Lord’s glory, power, majesty and wisdom are reflected throughout every subject. ...read more
