Most Monroe area parochial schools participate in the state assessment test, though they are not required to by law. College honor roll Western Washington University, Bellingham, Wash. — Kyle Keith Levien and Amelia Bea Yeager, both of Corvallis, were recently named to the Western Washington Honor Roll for the Fall Quarter 2008. To qualify for the honor roll, students must complete at least 14 graded credit hours during a quarter and be in the top 10 percent of their class.
