Laura Baker School provides education to students with developmental disabilities (nonresidential as well as residential) in a nurturing and private setting. The regular school program runs from September through June. Students from age 5 to 22 receive individualized training in basic academics and skill development for daily living, community access and future vocational opportunities. A summer school program runs from June through August, allowing students to maintain their learning while concentrating on leisure and social skills.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT: Daily living skills, personal care, community access, vocational training. ENRICHMENT: Field trips, shopping, leisure activities.
