School Notes Overview:
Immaculate Conception Catholic School is a community of people working together to foster the full development of young people in a Christian environment. It has been established and maintained by parishioners as an integral part of Immaculate Conception Parish, and a unique arm of the teaching mission of the Catholic Church in the Dardenne area. As an extension of the Catholic family unit, Immaculate Conception Catholic School exists as a means through which all can work together to provide the best possible education for children in kindergarten through eighth grade. Immaculate Conception Catholic School strives to provide young people, Including Academically And Physically Challenged Students, with a true sense of selfworth and the means of developing their God-given potential to the full. In Partnership With Parents it aims to prepare them for life in a racially and culturally diverse world as responsible, contributing members of family, school, church, and civic communities. It also strives to provide opportunities for ongoing enrichment and development for parents, faculty and staff....

Art on the Bluffs will fill the Festifall and Heritage Celebration with a new destination for browsing, wishing and buying from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday in Columbia. Art Walk will feature fine arts and crafts both indoors and along 15 blocks of Main Street from the Old Distillery Building at Voges Street, east past City Hall at Cherry Street, to Gruchala's restaurant.
