Who: R. Charles Degenfelder, 63, of Lone Jack. When and how he died: Feb. 23, of a heart attack. A friend to all: Charles Degenfelder was a busy man who held leadership positions on public and private boards, plastics companies and even owned his own company. He made friends everywhere he went, largely because he stopped to talk to just about anyone and made all feel important.
