    Kurt Stuckman of Quincy has been named executive director of the Quincy Notre Dame Foundation, effective Oct. 12. "I couldn't be more happy. ... I feel like I'm going home," said Stuckman, who is a Quincy Notre Dame High School graduate. "It's like a dream come true."
