The Multi-Purpose Building/Gym will be a two-level, 450,000-square-foot (42,000 m2) structure. The design of the Multi-Purpose Building/Gym allows for several activities to occur at one time and provides the space needed for a comprehensive physical education curriculum, multiple athletic practices, sports contests and weight training. The Performing Arts Center will also serve as an additional venue for class Masses, class meetings and parent meetings. The existing gymnasium will be maintained for physical education classes, athletic practices and small assemblies.
