Only fifteen elementary schools in Missouri have earned high-performing "Gold Star" honors this year, and two of them are in Nixa. Nixa District officials say they've been notified Century and Espy Elementary schools are on this year's list.

St. Joseph School in Farmington is pleased to announce the Second Quarter Honor Roll for the 2008-2009 school year. Only those in 4-8th grades are eligible for Honor Roll status. Of the 67 students in 4-8, 72 percent of them ranked Honor Roll standing.
