St. Monica Catholic School
School Notes Overview:
St. Monica Catholic School is a Christian community of learners composed of students, parents, staff, and friends. Our purpose is to guide and empower students to seek their full potential in their intellectual, moral, cultural, and spiritual dimensions. We accomplish this by means of a creative curriculum and a nurturing, safe environment. We challenge our students to be contributing members of their families and communities. St. Monica exists to offer a challenging educational program in a Catholic Christian setting. We are a community of learners embracing the motto "Striving for and expecting excellence". With the ideal before us of academic excellence, we strive to promote the well-being and growth (spiritual, moral, intellectual, physical, creative, and social) of each student. To be a "community of learners" means that each of us are an inegral part of the educational process. We are made up of parents/guardians, teachers, students, pastors, the church community, and the community at-large who are called together by God to study and live Gospel values while growing to our fullest potential. As a commnunity we are called to be trusting, caring, and respectful of each other....
