Friedel Jewish Academy
School Notes Overview:
Friedel Jewish Academy plays a crucial role in educating and renewing our children's connection to our heritage, and in renewing each generation's commitment to repair the world today. Friedel Jewish Academy was founded in 1965 by a small group of Omaha Jewish Community members who wanted to provide a superb education for their children in a pluralistic Jewish community - a mission we continue to honor. Friedel is not affiliated with any denomination or movement, and welcomes the diversity of Jewish experience and tradition. The active participation of parents, many of whom bring an international flavor to the school, strengthens and enriches our community. Our facility is located on the site of the Jewish Community Center and is easily accessible to the community. At Friedel Jewish Academy, excellence is our standard. Our goal is to provide all students with the high-quality, general studies instruction needed to prepare for life in tomorrow's high-tech world....
