HAMPTON – The Lean Horse Ultra 1 – Mile/50 Mile/50K in the Black Hills of South Dakota will be the site of a charity run on behalf of the American Cancer Society, Lutherans for Life and Hampton Lutheran School Angel Fund. Though much of the weekend was cool, damp and rainy, it still wasn’t enough to rain on Hampton’s annual Booster Days celebration. Hampton Lutheran School's annual musical will be presented Wednesday and Thursday, May 20 and 21 at the Hampton City Auditorium beginning at 7 p.m. This year's musical is Acorns to Oaks, a musical about being planted, rooted and growing in Christ.
