St Philip Neri School
School Notes Overview:
Welcome to St. Philip Neri School The entire school community pledges its support to you. May Jesus, the model of all teachers, be our encouragement in this important ministry of Catholic education. School Mission Statement We at St. Philip Neri School come together not only as professional educators, but also as a people of faith who see ourselves as sharers in the building of the Body of Christ. This is the foundation and source of our work. In our dealing with each other and with the children, we want it to be said, "This is how Christians treat one another." Education is one of the most important ways by which the Church fulfills its commitment to the dignity of the person and the building of community. Community is central to educational ministry both as a necessary condition and an ardently desired goal. The educational efforts of the Church must therefore be directed to forming persons in community; for the education of the individual Christian is important not only to his solitary destiny but also to the destinies of the many communities in which he lives. We at St. Philip Neri School come together as professional educators and people of faith working to build the body of Christ while providing an academically challenging educational program. This is the foundation of our work. In our dealing with each other and with the children, we want it to be said, “This is how Christians treat one another”....
